The reception / accueil. I really appreciate your staff! The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Marie-Ange & Sylvie. Very polite & professional & they readily answered my questions about the area of St Jean de Védas. I went out for the evening & when I returned, I met Pascal. Also very polite & professional. When I asked him about the local Churches in St Jean de Védas, he readily looked up the info & provided me with the information. The following morning at breakfast, I was met by Alexandra who cheerfully & with a smile, welcomed me & asked if I slept well. I did, as the bed was quite comfy. It was a pleasure to meet an employee early in the morning, who truly is happy at her job! Afterwards, I met Charlotte who was also very polite, cheerful & professional. Monsieur / Madame, your staff really made me feel welcome & comfortable. I will not hesitate to book with you again for my next visit to the Montpellier region. I would totally recommend Hotel des Arts - it's very conveniently located in the centre of the town, close to the main train station (Saint-Roch) and all the tram lines. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast is delicious and has a good variety without going OTT. I'd particularly recommend the hotel for those with young children - I liked the family room we had - it was a good size, with curtains between the parents' area and the kids' area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with the kids, and there was a good selection of picture books and toys available in reception.

the staff was very friendly, they explained everything in detail and to any question we had.. plus all this, it has a perfect location, by car to KFC, Lidl, Mac took us a maximum of 5 minutes, and in the evening we walked to the city of Montpellier to see the fireworks on the national day of France and the very wonderful city +-30~40 min on foot, very pleasant! secured with cameras in the parking lot!
