    I would advise people to go later in the afternoon or evening as it's open late.we went in the morning to early afternoon. It was so warm and one que was over an hour long wait. Very busy so I'd say it would be more enjoyable late afternoon/evening.

    We went in December and there wasn't huge ques for the rides brilliant. The rides are amazing and the Christmas displays were so pretty. We didn't have time to see the parade just before closing at 6.30pm but I bet it was amazing.

    Very good park but really busy when we went so all the people didn’t care about anyone else for waking in the park as it clearly marked in the ground arrows to walk right hand side for going in and left for leaving but people didn’t care and just walked everywhere they choose. We had to get off the train in the park and join the queue to get to another station but some people tried to stay on and cause problems and cause everyone else to wait a total disg

    Terrible for anyone who has any sort of disability.

    Terrible for anyone who has any sort of disability. We queued for two hours for a disability pass in an uncovered area in 38degree heat. Disability lines are not well sign posted. Staff are rude and dismissive and incredibly impolite. Also worth noting that will not give a disability pass for type one diabetes. I also saw them refuse to give one to a boy with no legs because he didn't have a note from his doctor.

    Mi mayor recomendación sería que duerman una noche por lo menos en alguno de los hoteles que tiene Portaventura, la noche incluye 2 días de parque + Ferrari Land, y cuentan con unas áreas recreativas y de descanso buenísimas, ideales para descansar después de un largo día en el parque.

    The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is well kept and very clean. Joan was very helpful and friendly at check in and made sure we knew everything we needed. The apartment is excellently located for all of Salou and we walked to Portaventura which took around 30 minutes. I would definitely book again if visiting Salou. Thank you for everything!

    The swimming pool is amazing, best thing the hotel has. The other great thing is that it's right next to PortAventura and you have free entry to the park. Breakfast and dinner were good.

    The apartment was very spacious. The pool and tennis/padel courts were fantastic. The apartment was clean, and the dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus. The parking was brilliant. The location was perfect as we could walk into salou, to the beach, and to portaventura.

    We mostly used the water rides log flumes etc. We did the two highest rollercoasters. Portaventura really needs to look at their pricing for children we had our 4 yr old son with us he was charged the same as the older ones but could'nt use barely any rides only in kiddies area i thought it very expensive for his entry. Costa caribe is better than aqua polis except for the dolphin show which was excellent.

  • The express pass is a must.

    The express pass is a must. Get to the water park early as sun beds gone by 11.30. In both parks go to the big rides first thing or late at night as very busy in middle of day. You get very wet in the water rides in PortAventura - suggest wear swimming costume under t shirt and shorts or pack a towel or spare top for the kids
