Superb hotel. Very nice food (Quality and Quantity). Spacious room size. Comfy beds. Good Gym. One heated swimming pool, others are not heated.

I stayed at Domina many times, in different kind of accommodations. So, far, this was the best accommodation I stayed at. Elisir has a whole different vibe form the 'marine theme' that Domina has. When you enter the reception, you feel like you stepped into a SouthEastern Asian country: serene atmosphere, dark wood, Buddha statues. The room I stayed at had beautiful huge and comfortable four poster beds, walk in closet and fantastic bathroom. All the amenities where there, very clean. Just super. Included with the room, was the entrance to the spa which I thought I was not interested in. Well, I was wrong: I tried it and I enjoyed it immensely. On the day of the check out, I had a late flight and they kindly let me keep the room until my departure. The transfer from and to the airport was impeccable. Communication with the property before and during my stay was incredibly fast. When I had a 'problem' with the wifi, it was solved in no time. Big thank you to Hamid and looking forward to go back (hopefully soon).

I am on cloud nine after my stay at Sharm Hills, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that elevate the entire experience. A special mention goes to the exceptional hospitality of Mrs. Eman, the owner, who was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly responsive to every inquiry and request. Her genuine care and dedication to ensuring a perfect stay made my time there even more enjoyable. With its gorgeous pool, tranquil setting, and top-notch service, this apartment in Sharm Hills is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. I stayed here for 6 nights, and everything was top-notch. Cleanliness was impeccable, not only in the rooms but also outdoors and in other areas of the hotel—definitely a 10/10. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always polite, and helpful with any questions. The food was varied, and the dessert selection was especially impressive, with over 20 types available every day. The hotel is large, featuring multiple pools, each with its own bar. There’s also a snack bar where you can order quick bites. The beachfront location is beautiful, with transportation available every 10-20 minutes. Towels are provided both at the pool and the beach. It’s perfect for families with children, as there’s a playground and a kids’ pool. If your flight is later in the day, and your room is available, you can stay until 3:00 PM. Even after checkout, if you stay by the pool, they provide towel cards, and you can shower before leaving. If you go on tours, the hotel prepares food packages for you (one for each person). Security is excellent; everything is recorded. For instance, if you take a taxi, the staff notes the details and links them to your room number. All four of us were extremely satisfied—from the food to the staff, cleanliness, and overall attitude towards guests! A solid 10/10 from us, and we’ll definitely recommend it to others. If we decide to come back with the kids, this would be our first choice for sure!
