⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find someone who not only meets but exceeds the high standards we’ve experienced before. The combination of the beautiful resort facilities and Mr. Abdelgani’s outstanding service made this trip unforgettable. I spent two great days at Elisir Hotel in the Domina resort. The complex is well-kept, quiet and relaxing, full of facilities (jacuzzi pools with sea water heated to different temperatures, cold water pools, dry and steam sauna, fitness room, etc.). Massage is available on request. Direct access to the sea from the spa area, beach with bar and restaurant. Diving center. I had to pay for the meal but the price is good and the offer and quality are great. In the area of ​​the complex there are enough shops, restaurants, casino, walking paths. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Thank you very much Hamid). I had a late evening flight but I was allowed to delay the check-out and was transported to the airport for free. I had a pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

Her genuine care and dedication to ensuring a perfect stay made my time there even more enjoyable.
