Beautiful area of the city. View magnificent. Cool design. Oasis of calm in one of the busiest parts of town. Close to everything. Super clean. Breakfast variety in best quality. Free coffee and tea served all day in the lounge with a big and warm smile. Above all, the people working, are trying their best for guests to have a good time. Bonus for us was the SANTA LUCIA parade under our room windows. Final, about the hotel's atmosphere: is not something you can see or count, it comes from the people's feeling about their work and in this hotel is top. Special thanks to Myriam for making our stay exceptional. For sure you will see us again.

JerseyThe hotel was in a good location and had all the facilities expected of a modern hotel. However the staff were exceptional. You were always greeted with a smile and every interaction was concluded positively. This year we have travelled through North America and Europe and the staff at this hotel were the best we experienced.

PakistanLocation was superb on main road with metro and buses available nearby. I liked most, the hastle free digital system in the hotel right from check in to check out so smoothly using scanning through wrist band provided by the City Hub. It was a wonderful and unique experience never seen before.
Staff were helpful all the time available for guidance at the lobby and on the Whatsapp 24 hours.
I liked the layout of Hub- compact with comfortable bed- taking care of every thing you I needed in my room like charger, light control, hangers, gown - everything! Designed so thoughtfully and tastefully by an architect!
Also, liked the happy hour in the evening where coffee and water were available free of charge. Layout of common area was so wonderfully done creating an interactive and beautiful environment where guests, mostly younsters talk with each other using internet at the same time and having coffee/ drinks/food with a kitchenette available on self service basis.
Bathrooms were very clean with separate stalls of WC and shower in good numbers and washbasins in the middle. So much so, hair dryers and ironing facility were also there. Never had to wait to use bathrooms.
Lockers after check out was another wonderful facility, if your travelling is later in the evening. I used the common area so comfortably for good 3 hours as my departure was later in the evening and I was allowed to take free coffee, using their clean washroom and lockers in the common area. Staff was so friendly and helpful.
In short, a wonderful hotel providing every thing you need during your stay- so economically.

Watch out for buses on the way to the Mermaid. She was so sad and beautiful at the same time .

Ok. You have to see her. But prepare to be underwhelmed. She’s little. From land there will be so many tourists it will be hard to get a good view. People say go see her from one of the canal boat tours but then you don’t get to see her face as she looks to the land not out to sea. For those visiting Copenhagen there seems to be a great desire to visit the statue, located on the river and easily accessible for pictures, which must be placed in your visit to the city album. To be honest what other places have you heard of in Copenhagen before you arrived, locally the guides don’t speak highly of it, but I for one have the pictures and the keyring, a visit to Copenhagen without the Little Mermaid would be a miss whatever the locals think.Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom

The Little Mermaid statue, the Amalienborg palace, Frederik's church, Rosenborg castle and Nyhavn all being easily walkable from the hotel. The metro station at Kongens Nytorv is only a 7 minute walk away. Our room was excellent with great views over one of the canals and the Kissing Stairs. The hotel also has a small summer outside bar overlooking the canal. The barman was very friendly and helpful.
