I loved everything! This is my second time staying and it remains my favourite hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the building and rooms are comfortable and very beautiful with its history and the breakfast is tasty and value for money. Location perfect. Within walking distance of everywhere if you like to walk but also 5 minutes away from the No. 22 tram stop. Away from the noise of the city but very near local bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing. Thank you for everything and for your understanding and patience, faultless service. Rooms and facilities were great. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Only 10 rooms in the hotel and we had 4 of them. There was a real sense of privacy and rooms had doors exiting to the courtyard. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Location, location location! 😄 Absolutely stunning view from the window, walking distance to the Castle and easy walk to Charles Bridge and The Old Town. Warm welcome by the staff and the pre-ordered by me prosecco on ice and chocolates waiting in the room on our arrival 💜 I was there with my Mom after not seeing her for 5 years, and it could not have been made any more special. Mimosas for breakfast were a great touch as well. I also appreciate the fact that the staff organised our parking space in advance as well as for the next day. Very enjoyable stay from start to finish. Highly recommend. We loved it!
