I recently had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've experienced in Switzerland. From the moment I arrived, the managers, Dany and Linda, offered the warmest welcome I've ever received, making me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz. Everything was effortless. Room makes you feel like home. The location is also very good

-it was 5 min walk from the station -near Restaurants and supermarket Coop 5 -clean rooms and clean toilets -staff were really helpful they guided us and let us leave our luggage for a full day after checkout - the breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of varieties - it was a perfect stay
