This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel.
