The hospitality and service provided by the team throughout my stay was amazing and heartwarming. The hotel is located perfectly amongst many retail outlets and very easy to get around city. I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. I arrived in Australia after a 29 hours flight and having lost my suitcase. The people at the reception checked me in upon my arrival (9am) and offered me breakfast. Comfortable room, impeccable cleaning, good breakfast options, nice food and cocktails at the bar.
