The hotel is very modern, cool and the staff are the kindest people I have ever met in a hotel and I've been to many! I had a bit of an emotional moment due to the passing of my uncle and they took such care of me. Sweetest people ever!

Spacious, clean rooms with a wonderful staff. Loved the organic breakfast with multiple vegan as well as vegetarian options. One of the better breakfasts in a European hotel I have had. Located right above the underground metro, making it super convenient to go anywhere since it’s a few mins away from the old town.

Felt like a time-machine :) Beautiful hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff that helped me figure out a way to the airport. As a solo-traveller I felt very safe and well taken care of. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is a 5-10min walk away from the famous St.Stephen's Cathedral, so away from the main hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything. There is also a metro station basically across the road and the bus to the airport also, just a 5-10 min walk away. Breakfast spread was massive, with great and fresh options.

The hotel is situated near entertainment park (where goes the Ferris Wheel used in "Before Sunrise") which gives the location exceptional vibe. It's just 7-8 minutes from subway station, so you can easily reach city center. Hotel restaurant is located on top floor and serves very good food, and, surprisingly, awesome tea for cold nights. Staff is amazing, receptionists answered each and every stupid question I asked them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
