Leo Grand probably has the best staff in the world! Especially the receptionists and their manager Dominic who offered up great help when we forgot our backpacks on the train. He not only helped us find useful information but also file a police report and was there at the police station with us for about 2 hours doing translations! The staff also helped us find lots of fascinating attractions and restaurants, which made our trip a perfect honeymoon despite the earlier incident! We couldn't express enough gratitude to the Leo Grand staff team! Thank you!

We have been clients of this wonderful hotel for over 15 years. The quality and service are excellent and consistent. We recommend. Excellent location, the center of Vienna - close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. At the same time, there is silence in the rooms and excellent sound insulation inside the hotel. Excellent reception and room service. High quality air blankets and pillows. Availability of a business room for meetings and ZOOM conferences. Excellent, varied and elegant breakfast (high class dishes set). A hotel in the spirit of old imperial Vienna. Tradition and quality at the level of Kaiserin Elisabeth. During the Christmas period, the hotel serves hot wine and biscuits throughout the day in the hotel lobby, which is very nice and creates an atmosphere of a fabulous holiday.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with everything. Young, energetic, service focused. The restaurant in the hotel serves very good food and exceptional desserts. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions like the State Opera House, Kaisergruft, St Stephen's Cathedral, Sisi Museum and shopping district.
