Location is very good. Close to Musikverein. the city center and a metro station. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities, electric kettle and a big bath tub. The breakfast was also great. Reception staff was very kind and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the quality and the location. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel when I visit Vienna again.

The room was very cozy, very little noise from the street, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a stocked mini bar, and a decently sized wardrobe. The shower was large and really appreciated the towel hanger inside the shower. We had a large smart TV that allowed us to connect to our devices.

The staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful with our many questions/needs. Great location within walking distance of all the major sights. The Sunday concert with prosecco was a wonderful treat. Highly recommend.
