Very friendly staff - the place is run with a limited number of people, but response to digital communication is excellent and very swift, so it still feels someone is available all the time. They were very helpful with a request to put some icepacks in the freezer (the room has a refrigerator, but no freezing compartment). Excellent English too. Modern rooms, decently furnished, the place felt like brand new - and is. The location is extremely convenient, a mere 100m from Heitzing U-bahn station (which means all Vienna's highlights can be reached within 20 minutes and one transfer, and most of it in just 10 mins without transfer). One can take a pleasant stroll in Schönbrunn park (free entrance just 200m away, with a bakery in between).

Excelent location, excelent Service , good breakfast. Very good place to stay , 100 m of the metro station and 1 or 2 km to the forest to take a very good walk in the nature.

Very helpful and nice staff. Good breakfasts, clean and quiet rooms. On the walls there are paintings in Gustav Klimt style, what is very nice and adequate to hotel's name. You can park your car on the street (paid extra). Hotel is located outside the city centre,, but it is not a problem as you can get U4 line (a 12-15 min walk from U4 Unter St. Veit stop).

Wonderful castle top of Wien hill,peaceful place,huge park,great breakfast with big variety of cheese and bread. Fantastic apple strudel would recommend you. Price wise when is in action is great opportunity to take. Friendly staff. Easy parking right front of the hotel.
