Great, cozy place with shared kitchen, co-working place. All newly built, room that we had was with a balcony with a view on Ararat mountain. Staff was very kind, allowed us to check in earlier.

I really liked the room – it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.
