Our stay in Karst Villas was awesome. The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. We were able to check in early and they also arranged a transport from the bus station. We had an excelent dinner there which was the best meal we had in Vietnam.

The free breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with a smile! The rooms were clean and private, and the bed was very comfortable, even for a larger individual as myself. Ms. Bong is a firecracker of a woman with spunk and energy to match anyone she works with. She went out of her way to support me with a truly enjoyable experience in Phong Nha. When there were troubles with my bus ride into town, I was able to reduce the length of my stay without any penalty directly on booking.com. Then she was able to get me checked into my room by 8AM without having to pay extra for the early arrival. She also assisted me directly to book a bus to Hue, and got me setup for an all day cave tour, all at very cost friendly rates. She even gave me a great dinner recommendation at the Indian restaurant across the street. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer.

Coming from Saigon, we've seen our share of packed destinations, but Poseido stood out by ensuring all our needs were met. Staff was very friendly and went out their way to help us, our room was both spacious and felt brand new, and the infinity pool provided a truly breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet offered good value. A definite highlight was the Akasha Chinese Restaurant – the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and it's a must-try!
