They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff were terrific, and the location was lovely. Great value for the price and again the staff were a bonus.

Phu My Hung Bungalow está ubicado en Phu Quoc y tiene un jardín, salón compartido, una terraza y bar. Stayed for 2 weeks. The bungalows are clean and comfortable. The whole property is set back from the street up a long driveway so it is very quiet. The pool is very nice, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The bungalows are fully equipt with good air conditioning, fridges and kitchenette with stove top, great if you're staying longer and want to cook at home. It is relatively close to the main shopping/eating street, about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Alternatively, they have scooters you can hire at a good price and they can get you into town in less than a couple minutes if you're confident driving. Overall, we loved our long stay here, it was exactly what we needed.

El Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort Managed by Accorhotels está orientado al paseo marítimo de Phu Quoc y dispone de pileta exterior. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

This hotel is a special experience! I think it is the most extraordinary hotel I've ever been at. Great architecture, details, artifacts, history, design. My 100% recommendation if you want something special with the wow-effect.

Resort is beautiful, staff are friendly, helpful, polite - simply wonderful. The Beach is beautiful Restaurant, Bar Snacks, Cocktails, Teas are all amazing! Exceeded our expectations, was such a beautiful Oasis. The resort arranged scooter hirage for us, and we explored from top to bottom of the island!
