All of the staff were fluent in English, extremely polite, very professional especially Ms. Me. Ms Me has very a pleasant personality and speaks English eloquently. She was very helpful and extremely professional and was always around. The buggy service, the sunset tour and the cable car were just awesome.

Summer and her family have been amazing hosts, they were there if I needed anything and thoughtful to the guests needs. The house was clean, great wifi, and a lot of furniture was handmade. Summer was available and very willing to talk about anything, really enjoyed our talks. Can't recommend this place enough!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

It’s clean, comfortable and close to all amenities, restaurants and bars all walking distance and the staff cannot do enough to help, great place I’d stay hee again.
