This is a small but very nicely appointed boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room and facilities were excellent; with clean linens, nice bath/shower and excellent climate control. The shining attribute of this hotel, though, is its staff - they manager, Mr. Leo Nguyen, was happy to provide arrangements for taxi from the airport to the hotel, and to interface with our planned activities to anticipate and deflect any problems. All of the staff, in fact, were very gracious and friendly.

The staff (Jenny, Louis, Leo, Peter) were very helpful with recommendations of places to see and eat. Also Fiona in the hotel spa was great. We had very good massages. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and was served in a very beautiful dining room. From the rooftop terrace you get the most beautiful view of the sun setting above the city

The staff, especially Ms Huyen, was so helpful from the minute I made online booking, till we arrived, and even after we left. We were moving around Vietnam, and left some luggage at the hotel before and after our booking dates, and she made sure all was taken care of. She also checked on us regarding our movements to ensure all was alright. Such a kind gesture of hospitality service. Thank you!
