The en suite private bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower, hair dryer and free toiletries. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and slippers. Well staffed in all the areas, good levels of spoken English and very courteous and polite. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and so it was excellent customer care. Breakfast buffet had a very good choice on offer. Pool was clean and plenty of loungers during our stay. We booked an airport shuttle which was very comfortable and punctual, the driver was very polite and offered us water for our flight.

Perfect location and incredible pricing for the place’s quality. The staff is super kind and helpful, specially the gentleman who stays outside, Tuyê’nbu. What a precious person!

The wellness area at the accommodation is comprised of an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub. This hotel is relatively new and beautifully designed. We booked 2 rooms - a regular room and a deluxe room. Both were really nice, very clean and comfortable, had a balcony and a nice view. The bathrooms were really nice. The deluxe room was amazing and well worth the extra cost. Really spacious with a full kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast was good and the staff were super nice and helpful.

Our room had a very beautiful view to the beach! Shower, toilet - everything clean and nice. Bunk bed is cute and comfy! Staff very polite and friendly, and helpful! The restaurant on the 19th floor had delicious food. I strongly recommend this hotel
