This hotel was a surprise and we booked it by the ratings on Booking.com. We were treated like gold by the staff and the rooms were fantastic. Even free smores kits for the kids for an evening roast!

I don't mean to sound dramatic but this stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Ellyn is perhaps the nicest host (and person) I have met, and I am so happy we did meet. We drank wine and talked about life and traveling for an entire evening. I was solo on the road and only wish I had my fiancé with me to enjoy the lovely room I had.

I loved Aron who went out of his way to help us check in early, fabulous customer service and I loved that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms. El Hotel Jackson está a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la histórica plaza de la ciudad de Jackson y ofrece restaurante y bañera de hidromasaje. La conexión WiFi es gratuita. Everything! Loved this hotel!! The location is excellent, right in the center of town (but quiet). The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable (the rooms, the library, even the business/conference room), and the staff is super attentive to every detail. We stayed for five nights and were so pleased with everything. We used the hot tub on the roof (at sunset with light snowflakes drifting down and beautiful views of the mountains). Wonderful daily touches like beautiful packages of chocolates every evening, a welcome half bottle of wine and handwritten note upon arrival, coffee station every morning (in addition to good nespresso machine in room) which becomes a tea station every afternoon and evening complete with home baked treats daily, and a hot chocolate bar set out as well! Honestly, a lovely small hotel with impeccable service. They offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip.

Perfect and exceeded all expectations. Cabins are spacious, well laid out and very comfortable. Added bonus is tasteful decor and attanetion to details far better than most hotels, including many much more expensive options anywhere in the world. This property shows all other hotel owners how such an establishment should be designed and run, and offers superb value for money. Puts to shame the overpriced average offers throughout the more busy parts of the state starting with the Jackson area and Yellowstone. Highly reccommended to stay there for Jackson and Grand Teton, well worth the drive. Pity we couldn't stay longer, there is a great vibe and atmosphere there for relaxing.
