Our stay at the Address Istanbul was to our satisfaction. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Istiklal — close to everything. The staff at both the reception and the bar were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, making us feel very welcome from the start. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast was à la carte and served in a beautiful, cozy garden — a peaceful way to start the day, overall great experience. Highly recommend for its location, atmosphere, and outstanding service.
