They think about everything, to the smallest detail. The small gifts, the welcome message on the door, the coconut vouchers, the handmade wax seal on their personalized letter, the door sign plushies instead of do not disturb cards, we loved everything. This is without doubt the best hotel we ever spent time in. The food was tasty and more than enough, the breakfast has variety and there is always something new. Everyone is friendly, polite and always try to look after you. You can always come forward with questions or wishes, they will be there to help you with anything. The room is packed with things that you might need but could not bring along, like a pocket knife, or a gigantic umbrella. The shuttle that they provide is also a very thoughtful detail, they always took us, no matter what. We cannot be grateful enough for their kindness and services! Thank you!
