El Zama Resort Koh Phangan está situado en la playa de Haad Chao Phao, en Koh Phangan, a 10 minutos a pie de Secret Beach. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome. The host was considerate because renovations were going on in the property and allowed us one night to decide if we want to stay. We received a bungalow with the best view possible, and were welcomed with a bit of treats. The rooms are big, everything in the room is simple and feels vintage. But everything was also very comfortable, and we did not experience any worth to remember inconveniences. They made it look easy, but after visiting a few hotels in Thailand I know this is not something to take for granted. The hotel has only a few meters of beach and upon first sight it did not look impressive and even a bit uninviting, but after trying it out and after visiting the near Haad son beach we realized that the hotel’s beach is perfect. Unlike the beaches around, for some reason their beach didn’t have waves. It had clear, calm waters with no sticky sand. Even my husband who doesn’t like to spend time on beaches was thrilled. The breakfast was the best in all the hotels we were in Thailand. They had a choice from a menu and they served a rich and diverse dish (unlike, let’s say, 2 eggs with one sausage). And it was served until 5 pm, so no time pressure. We had a “do not disturb” sign on, but they still left every day a bag with toilet paper and water bottles besides the door. So considerate! Clearly understanding the guest’s needs. The cats were great, we even had 2 cat visitors in our bungalow. Good customer service from the cats lol If we’ll ever be in Koh Phangan again we’ll definitely return. Actually, we want to return just to stay in this hotel again.

Everything. Stunning & unique view at the cave. Best staff ever, banana takes care of everything, including special birthday decorations, cake, breakfast to the room and she also gave us a ride to the viewpoint. Never been to a more lovely place. 100% recommend!

I surely enjoyed my 3 week stay in CyKali Garden! The host are very helpful and friendly! Nice bungalows, comfortable big bed and on a good location. Thank you 🙏🏼

Everything was perfect, the communication with the owner, Win the lady that takes care of the villa , the rooms are beutifull and clean the facilities, the swimming pool , everything was perfect. Even when it was raining we could seat outside at the outdoor salon. We used the grill and the laundry machine and it worked great When we arrived Win helped us rent a bike in a good price, she brought it to the villa with a helmet for the child . The kitchen is super well equipped. I've stayed in a lot of villas and hotel and this one is definitely my favorite. At this location you will need a bike or a car but it 4-7 min from prime location You feel a part of nature hearing the sounds of the jungle enjoying watching small frogs and fireflies .

The staff were nice, there was a pool guy who comes every morning to clean the pool for us as well as housekeeping service, we chose to have every 2 days. Communication with the manager Ford was very easy she helped us to rent motorbikes and shared with us few recommendations!

Comfortable and quiet place to stay with the private pool and terrace on the top of the hill. We enjoyed a garden, tropical forest and a great Salad beach nearby.

We had awful weather so being stuck in something so beautiful helped and it's near a yoga place AND a delicious restaraunt called Tomorrow. Walkable distance which is amazing. The team was awesome and Kate is the warmest human you will meet. When she greeted us we felt like family. She helped us with pick up arrangements and also we rented safe scooters from her team for a great price. She gave so many suggestions and sent it all in a text after we met. Seriously next level. I wanted to use the blender and it was broken. She delivered a brand new one the same night. Just Wow. Oh and the Beds....like a cloud!!! Best we've slept on while in Thailand for 3 weeks!
