Todo. Excelente atención. Nos hicieron un upgrade porque cerca de nuestra habitación habia una remodelación. Y la verdad excelente. Todo el personal super amable y servicial. Tambien nos dieron una habitación luego del check in para que nos podamos bañar. Realmente todo fue muy bueno

Loved everything about the hotel especially the view of the bay from the room and bathroom. The service was excellent. The location was perfect.

Amazing apartment modern, clean and literally all a flat needs. Very good also for long term stay. Modern and fully equiped, even better than at home. Even 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms providing plenty of space for 4 people. Direct view to Singapore and a very good alternative in comparison to Singapore accommodation prices. On ground level all you can wish for. Gym big and fully equiped. Better than all hotels I have seen so far. Big swimmingpool, running track, sauna. Nearby shops and laundry shop. And very good restaurants around the corner.

Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay cuenta con un gimnasio, un jardín y una terraza solárium con alberca y desayuno buffet en Nagoya. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

I stayed for 18 days in a Studio Premier (King Bed-43 sqm). The studio was comfortable & clean. The studio was well equipped with Miele washer/dryer & bath tub and shower. Breakfast included, continental option only.  The breakfast room was in a spacious surrounding within lush greenery.  You can takeaway breakfast items to munch later on (food carrier provided in your kitchen).  Mr. Ram from reception was super helpful and sweet.  My stay was a pleasant experience, and I recommend Fraser Residence Singapore to others. El The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore ofrece alojamiento de lujo a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren MRT de Raffles Place.
