The staff are readily available, warm and friendly. The location may not be central, yet it was easily accessible and not isolated. The NY fireworks were very clearly seen from our room ….. a wonderful surprise and addition.

Everything was perfect—the staff, breakfast, room, location, the view of the Douro River, and the Jacuzzi. We were able to enjoy it even in the cold weather. We’ll definitely come back again.
