We booked the large family room. The hotel and staff truly exceeded our expectations. It had every additional amenity you could think of such as baking ovens, blenders, and complete utensils. The bed in the master room was so spacious and comfortable, and there were several balconies with tables and chairs overlooking the pool, which was clean and did not smell strongly of chlorine. The staff were super warm and accommodating and would greet you with a smile. I was afraid our suite would smell funky due to the size and lack of maintenance but I was totally wrong. There were no weird smells at all and the rooms were very clearly well-maintained. The vibe of the place is just 10/10. Well-lit location that is within walking distance to D-mall but is also quiet and private. Book them and you won't regret it!

This place is absolutely perfect for a family, couple or even a group. You will wake up to a sunrise every morning to start of the perfect day. It's out the way off tourist and very near 2 magical beaches even they are peaceful. The alta vista by David is a very top place to rest your head. Cheaper that the tourist areas and also so much space in the living quatre. 2 large double beds, and can't sleep 2 downstairs on the settee. This is our 2nd time here staying in this apartment. We will come back time and time again. What people don't know about boracay is that there is MONKEYS and the come to your balcony every single morning so make sure you have lots of food for them to enjoy feeding them. The staff in the resort of the apartment are also very nice, attentive and well organised. We would love to even buy an apartment in alta vista in the future, you will say WOW so many times. The security are right on top of there job and don't let anything fall out of place. The caretaker is so nice and sweet and goes above and beyond for you. She is just a message away at anytime. it has all the amenities you need and the laundry is near buy also. Owned by a Scottish person you can expect a great quality of living. They will help you hire a motorcycle and take right good care of you always with full respect. I LOVE THIS APARTMENT so quiet away from the tourist traps and busy areas. Trust me when I tell you... El Puerto Boracay Shore tiene WiFi gratis en toda la propiedad y habitaciones con aire acondicionado en Boracay. - cold AC - beds were super comfy - staff were so warm and accomodating, always greeted us on the way in/out with a smile - changed bath and beach towels often - free breakfast - foot bath at the entrance to wash off sand - beach front and super close to many establishments! about a 7 minute walk to D’Mall - despite it being so close to the beach, it was really quiet! - pool!!!! - spacious room for group of 5 - we also had an early flight into Boracay and they were kind enough to let us check in early!

I came to Boracay to windsurf and kitesurf and relax, and Aira Boracay was perfect for that. It's located on Bulabog Beach (for kitesurfing/windsurfing during the Amihan high season), but given the island's size, also not far from all the restaurants, bars, and shops in D'Mall and on White Beach. The rooms are very comfortable, and I loved being able to walk out on my patio first thing in the morning and see the ocean (and also see the wind conditions for kitesurfing!). Other than the first floor, all the rooms have patios that offer a seaview. Every morning, I would order a tasty (and usually filling) breakfast to my room or to the rooftop, which has an even better view of the bay and the surrounding hills. Then I would stroll down to the main strip of Bulabog beach (a 5-minute walk or so) to do some windsurfing and kitesurfing. The hotel offers a quiet respite from the bustle and boisterous party atmosphere of White Beach, yet D'Mall and White Beach are easily within reach (the hotel offers a shuttle to D'Mall, but I like to walk—it would take me about 10-15 minutes to walk to D'Mall and then another 10 minutes or less to get to White Beach). So, I was able to party on White Beach but come back to a nice quiet hotel for a good sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful and were also able to arrange a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which made travel very convenient. I would 100% stay here again.
