A hot jacuzzi was waiting for us as we arrived and the 360 degree views of the mountains were amazing. Rooms are big and comfortable but lacking a bit of authentic decoration. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Tilal Al Qattara to other travellers.

The kids’ and teens’ club offers fun-filled activities for all ages. The staff was helpful, friendly and very attentive. It showed that everyone was happy and were being treated well by the company. The mountain trail was an amazing experience by Mr. Hasan. Mr. Raj from the spa was absolutely professional as were every person(Don’t remember all the names)we came in contact with. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
