Las vistas del lugar simplemente increibles. Un lugar retirado, sin ruidos de ningun tipo excepto el del mar y la naturaleza. Volvería sin dudarlo!!!

Such a lovely stay in the alpaca house truck. Nat and Grant have really put a lot of thought into the accommodation from all the quirky decor bits to the different seating area and outdoor hottub. The breakfast and alpaca walk was great too

Alpacas Off Grid - Eco Cabin está ubicado en Takaka y ofrece un jardín y una terraza. Amazingly beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about our stay, especially though getting to interact with the alpaca’s, especially baby Bobo who was cuter than cute. May was great host, cabin was cozy, breakfasts were delicious. Staying here was a highlight of our trip.

The breakfasts were exceptional. Completely organic/homemade with products from their land. Fresh fruits, juices, preserves, meat, veggies, eggs etc etc! We purchased Renes pizza for dinner. The best pizza we have ever eaten!! Outdoor hot tub (star gazing at night), sauna and jet swim pool, sun decks, bird aviary. Accommodations - private bed/bath, shared living room and dining room with lots of space and furniture, outdoor sun deck area with seating and tables. Brochures for areas of interest in Nelson. Rene's evening homemade evening snacks!!

Filip and Sonya were fabulous hosts-very hospitable and generous with information and recommendations. The shuttle service to Abel Tasman made a day tramping in the park seamless. We enjoyed the accommodations so much we were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay by one day. Pōhara is an excellent location for visiting the Golden Bay and I can’t recommend the Bay Lodge highly enough.
