This was probably the best hotel we have ever been to, honestly. The staff is SO helpful, kind, they will do anything to make sure you have a great stay and help you if you have any problems (for example, our flight was cancelled and we immediately got the confirmation that we can stay there again, and even got the upgrade for the same price). We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect - in Thamel but in a quiet street, no noise. Everything looks brand new. This one possibly the nicest overall experience we have ever had. We have travelled around the world and the level of service and attention to detail was amazing!! We felt so welcomed and the room and grounds were beautiful. The food was delicious, hats off to the chef!! Also being away from the primary entry to the park we had a great safari experience, even waking up to rhino across the river from our bungalow deck. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!
