The insulation from the jungle heat was fantastic. Accommodation in cabins with all comfort and cleanliness. Everything down to the last detail. Nuestro hotel favorito durante nuestra estancia en Nepal. Apartado de las actividades turísticas pero ello se solucionaba ya que nos venían a buscar para realizar las mismas. Vale la pena por poder disfrutar las vistas y servicios del hotel. Recomendamos enormemente escoger una habitación con piscina, de ensueño. Más parecido a un apartamento que a una habitación. El menú es muy extenso y cocinan bien, aunque si no te gusta el picante, pídelo sin. Nosotros comimos en varias ocasiones en la habitación, que tenía vistas al río y a la jungla. Respecto al spa, los masajes que probamos, relajaban muchísimo. En el baño había ducha y jacuzzi. Probamos por primera vez el plato más mítico de Nepal, el Thali nepalí, nos gustó.

The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
