The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

He viajado a varios países y por tanto me he quedado en muchos hoteles, pocos pésimos, varios buenos, algunos muy buenos y el hotel "alas Residencias" de los mejores en los que me he hospedado. Cumplió y superó todos mis deseos. Un muy bello personal preparado para dar la mejor bienvenida y la información que podríamos necesitar, un ubicación excelente y comodidad única, hasta la bici 🚲 para el paseo o mandado. Chetumal es un lindo lugar que deberían visitar, hay paz y diversión en montón. Su feria de puestos de comida por la noche, en la plaza, son fantásticos. Me fascinó.
