Hot tub was a great shout. Made the most of that in the evenings! Shame about the shower flooding. The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.

Villa Amour is absolutely stunning! Olivier and Gaëlle thought of everything to make Villa Amour a true getaway with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is so well stocked, and the welcoming beer, wine, and snacks were such a thoughtful touch, and very much appreciated after a travel day. The outdoor space was a true zen space; if you had no other plans for your visit to St. Martin, you could easily stay lounging by the pool and be fully content. The beds were comfortable, and the AC units in the bedrooms made for a great nights sleep. The Villa is situated in the perfect location; a five minute walk you have restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beaches of Orient Bay. 20-45 minutes, depending on traffic, you can drive all over the island exploring the sites, village/towns, or get lost sightseeing in the beautiful hills of the island.

Our lovely hostess was always available if we were to need anything, she was super friendly and very helpful. We were able to utilise often the villa's lovely pool and sun deck, and vehicle parking was immediately outside our unit. Because of the hilly area, it is best to have a car. The drive from SXM airport is simple and getting to/from all the action on the Dutch side is also an easy drive - outside rush hour that is, lol. The location is approximately a 25 minute walk or 5 min drive to one the most famous and popular Caribbean beaches - Orient beach. The grocery shops are within a 2-5 minutes drive from the apartment: the Leader Price and the SUPER U. Perhaps the best pizza on the island "Pepe Pizza" is 1 minute away. There is a coin laundry just by the Super U market. We are looking forward to return there next year.

Clean, private and comfortable. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing views and the jacuzzi topped the evenings 🌴☀️

Este hotel está situado junto a la playa de Simpson Bay. El Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo Beach Sint Maarten alberga un restaurante, una pileta de borde infinito, un centro de deportes acuáticos y... El departamento era algo espectacular, muchisimo mejor que en las fotos, super amplio, con todo lo necesario, detalles de primer nivel, realmente ideal para una familia tipo. El balcon era estupendo para cenar y pasar tiempo luego del dia de playa. La cocina, el baño, todo a la perfeccion. Se podia lavar y secar ropa en el laundry de forma gratuita o incluida, lo que fue un punto a favor espectacular. El condominio estaba ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, cerca de todo, con mercados, comercios, paseos, no duden en alquilar esta propiedad, no se van a arrepentir. El personal del complejo super amable, respetuoso. La pileta tambien funcionaba a la perfeccion, con entretenimiento para los niños, siempre muy limpia. La playa del hotel no tiene nada que envidiarle a las mejores playas de St. Maarten, si bien hay mejores, es una playa hermosa y excelente, con sombrillas y reposeras del hotel siempre disponibles. Daban ganas de estar en el condominio, en el departamento, muy tranquilo por la noche, la gente muy respetuosa, ojala todos los departamentos y condominios sean como este, realmente lo recomiendo.

The Hills Residence ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, una pileta al aire libre, una terraza y un bar. Playa Kim Sha queda a 7 minutos a pie de distancia. El departamento de un gusto excelente, muy confortable, un lindo jardín y una vista excepcional. El personal Barth muy formidable y atento.
