We were a family with two granddaughters 3 & 5 and the staff went over and above to make the children and us feel welcome and pampered!! The manager Madhawa was kind, helpful, efficient and very competent!! Pradeep and the other young men took us on tours and wanted to feel at home and showed us the beautiful surroundings of the hotel! We went on an all inclusive plan and loved it!

The place was stunning, comfortable and lovely. We had the best BBQ of our lifes❤️ Silva (manager and guide) was a hidden gem of this place. He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!

Four Chalets Yala está ubicado en Tissamaharama y tiene bicicletas gratis, pileta al aire libre, un jardín y restaurante. Los chalets son amplios y cómodos, equipados con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia relajante. Se accede a ellos a través de un bonito camino jardinado y, en la parte posterior, disponen de una zona privada con una pequeña terraza perfecta para descansar. El complejo cuenta además con una piscina estupenda, ideal para refrescarse y disfrutar del entorno. El baño es muy espacioso y la habitación, en general, también es muy grande. Como único detalle personal, habríamos preferido una cama doble en lugar de dos individuales aunque estén pegadas, aunque no afectó a nuestra comodidad. La comida estaba deliciosa, elaborada con esmero, y el personal fue siempre muy atento y predispuesto. Queremos destacar especialmente a Damith Silva, que fue encantador y nos organizó el traslado a nuestro próximo destino, además de ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Ellos mismos gestionaron también nuestro safari, y desde los jardines delanteros pudimos ver un par de reptiles, ya que el alojamiento está rodeado de plena naturaleza.

Jungle Cabin - Bundala está ubicado en Bundala Levagamgoda, a 11 km de Bundala National Park, y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y una terraza. This is a wonderful place to stay; fantastic if you are on a budget and understand the facilities are basic. There is electricity, warm water and a comfortable bed...in a fabulous location with fabulous hosts. You will see an array of wildlife (porcupine, bats, crocs, elephants and exotic birds). Danoushka and Anousha were warm, welcoming and kind. We loved our stay here and felt part of nature. Anousha cooks delicious Sri Lankan food and Danoushka is knowledgeable about the local area; We went on a tuk tuk drive with him to see various temples and sites of historic importance - a highlight of our stay in Sri Lanka. My husband also did an early morning bird spotting safari on the back of a motor bike which enabled him to take some close shots of the abundant bird life. Jungle cabin gave us the experience of "real" Sri Lanka and, as a middle aged couple, it was an absolute pleasure to spend time with the hosts and enjoy their home. We would not hesitate to recommend this as a rustic place to stay...make the most of Danoushka's local and wildlife knowledge and...enjoy the tranquility.

NIKARA Luxury Beach House está ubicado en Tissamaharama, a a pocos pasos de Playa Nidangala, y ofrece alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre, estacionamiento privado gratis, un jardín y una terraza.... Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, including Greya the in-house parrot. A hidden-gem, an jungle oasis of nature with a pool in the beachfront. Food was delicious, room super clean, spacious and well decorated. Loved it!

We had an amazing 6 nights stay at Paddy Field view. The couple who own the place are so nice, helpful, caring.. being a bit outside of the city was perfect, getting all the green view and the peacefulness that comes with. At the same time it was also close to everything, about 3/4 minutes to the main road.they arrange safari as well.We highly recommend. Thanks again 🙏🏼😍

Hotel SU kataragama está ubicado en Kataragama, a 12 km de Tissa Wewa y a 22 km de Situlpawwa. Ofrece alojamiento con un jardín y estacionamiento privado gratis. In short, the place was great 👍. The location was great (in a nice quiet area but still close to the city), the room was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very attentive. We had an issue with one of the door locks and they promptly offered us another room. Breakfast was great as well. Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back.

The Forest Chalet está ubicado en Tissamaharama, a 10 km de Tissa Wewa y a 25 km de Situlpawwa. El alojamiento ofrece aire acondicionado y acceso a un jardín con una terraza. Staying here felt like luxury for us, everything seems to be brand new and with a clean and modern furniture. Room was huge, and we didn't expect to have a bath with nice hot water. The place is very peaceful surrounded by the forest, and just 15 minutes from kataragama temple complex, which is a must see during sunset time.. I really would have spent a week just here!
