The reception was wonderful from Malak, the cleanliness of the rooms was very good, Charbel was helpful, and the hotel was beautiful and picturesque.

At the reception, Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Ahmad were highly professional, always welcoming with a warm smile and kind words. The staff member responsible for the rooms, Mr. Ahmad, is calm, highly skilled, and always has an immediate solution for everything. My overall rating: This hotel deserves more than five stars in terms of quality, service, and location. For my next trip, I will definitely be staying at the same hotel. Much respect!
