Warm and helpful staff, quirky funny barman with lovely cocktails, but the view is the star here. We loved the Japanese room with the futon and majestic view of Fuji. And the public Onsen was really good!

The building has a great atmosphere, very welcoming. Very helpful personal. Spotlessly clean. And the onsen is great for soaking away jetlag. Close enough to Hakone for a daytrip.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. Ken san and Yuki san were delightful. The property was very clean and comfortable. They renovated the inn themselves and you can see care and attention in every detail from materials used to decor. The food was delicious and much of it was grown (rice) or made (plum wine) by Ken or Yuki. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and side trips. They ensured we were prepared with all the details required to ensure we had successful adventures. We are so lucky to have we picked the Sakonomichi. It was sugoi!!!

SAUNA VILLA 然 está ubicado en Nagano, a 15 minutos a pie de Templo Zenkoji y a 2,4 km de Estación Nagano. Easy to check in. Rooms were very nice. Pictures don't do the place justice. Complementary amenities and even drinks. Very comfortable stay.
