Super kind, helped us shape both of our trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre in the best possible way. We saw so much we did not initially plan. Also, she gave us a better room because it was available. And the day after we checked out, we had left our car in a parking lot on the train station and spent the whole day in Cinque Terre. We came back late, the parking was locked and we could not get our car out. She helped us out by calling people she knew and when that didn’t work, she offered to accommodate us for one more night free of charge. At the end we managed to get our car out, but we will forever remember her kindness and generosity.

The views from the restaurant are stunning, but the food is pretty average. We liked our room and the comfortable bed, but what made it most special was the terrace where we could enjoy the views and a peaceful evening with wine.
