We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith! Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal. Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay

Desde que llegamos fue casi un asalto, Nos cobraron HK$38,000 a pesar de que la confirmación de Booking decía que el monto a pagar HK$29,055 por 2 noches de alojamiento en 2 habitaciones. El hotel se lo pasó enviándonos mensajes y más mensajes y más mensajes y más mensajes y más mensajes ofreciéndonos que pagaramos más dinero por servicios que No eran de nuestro interés. Al principio nos engatuzaron y aceptamos algunos servicios extras, pero cuando nos percatamos de la cantidad desproporcionada que costaban esos servicios innecesarios, CANCELAMOS LA RESERVA POR COMPLETO y realizamos una nueva reserva con otro número de identificación con el objetivo específico de deslindarnos por completo de los cargos adicionales que el Hotel quería realizar. Después de cancelar y volver a reservar por la suma correcta, el Hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong nos volvió a enviar su acostumbrado bombardeo salvaje de mensajes, ofreciéndonos más y más servicios inútiles para cobrarnos más dinero; la última vez que les contesté alguno de sus innumerables y acosadores mensajes, les dijimos por escrito y con toda claridad que NO QUERIAMOS NADA ADICIONAL, QUE NUESTRO PRESUPUESTO PARA ESA PARTE DE NUESTRO VIAJE ERA EXACTAMENTE POR LOS HK$29,055 QUE ESTABAN CONFIRMADOS POR ESCRITO EN EL COMPROBANTE DE BOOKING.COM Pero al Hotel le importó un bledo y por sus pistolas nos encajó los HK$38,000 a la tarjeta Sí, la vista es muy bonita y las habitaciones son relativamente cómodas. Pero TODO nos lo cobraron adicional, cada galleta, cada botella de agua del frigobar; tiene costo cada segundo de WiFi (lo bueno es que nosotros habíamos contratado nuestro propio internet para viajar por Japón, Korea y muchas ciudades de China) Al entrar a nuestra habitación encontramos sobre la cama los precios de los Desayunos, a pesar de que el Hotel sabía que nuestra reserva incluía el desayuno; y si no lo sabía ¡qué vergüenza de pésimo servicio desquiciadamente voraz!

The pool is so calm and has a lovely view. The steam room and sauna are situated in the women’s changing rooms - very nice. Lovely white towels and gowns.

Occupying a prime spot along Kowloon’s Nathan Road and Victoria Harbour, this 5-star Sheraton features an outdoor pool with stunning city views. it was my first time booking experience after i open an account to booking.com platform, i booked a single room for my friend to stay for one night, my friend was travelling from singapore to shenzen china. also i didn't have any idea how to book, i ineed did a booking for my friend. later my friend called me and change name for guest who's gonna stay here in room. and thank god this place has modification of profile and details, i changed booking details onto my friend's name and my friend was able to proceed into the room. its all online and its more convenient. i like this facilities. i everything worked just in a seconds of time. this is amazing. my friend says its really nice, neat and clean, although its on the main streat location, the living environment was peace and calm environment. everything here including customer services, facilities, well managed and delightful. i like the instant modification of details of rooms and everything. i was at work and my friend already arrived at hotel and i didn't know what to do. my friend asked the customer services and guided me , how to do everything like modification of details of rooms , this is amazing. more convenient and more relaible. in further upcoming days im sure i will book from this platform. i like the services and everything. thank you
