Porto Vecchio está ubicado en el centro de La Canea, a a menos de 1 km de Playa Nea Chora y a 2 minutos a pie de Etz Hayyim Synagogue. We stayed there from the 13th to the 15th of June and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything about it was perfect. The location is unbeatable - tucked away on a quiet and charming street, yet just steps away from everything you might need: shops, restaurants, bars. The room itself was immaculately clean and incredibly well-equipped with an ironing board, a coffee machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules and a blow dryer. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of cold water waiting in the fridge, along with juice, biscuits, and jam. They had also provided a small bottle of raki with two little shot glasses. Self check-in was incredibly easy. If you’re considering booking, I highly recommend choosing the double room with patio. It comes with its own private entrance, a table and two chairs for relaxing outside, and even a drying rack for wet swimsuits. A special thank you to Maria at reception. I had been looking for a safety pin and she went above and beyond, managing to find me an entire set in two different sizes. The stay was truly exceptional from start to finish.
