The service was truly outstanding — every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. Room service was also fantastic — I highly recommend trying the chicken tagliatelle, it was delicious! Overall, it’s a solid 10/10 experience, and I honestly can’t wait to come back soon!

We got a free room upgrade so we had a huge room with a big balcony. It was one of the most clean hotels I ever stayed in (and I never book lower than 4 stars). The location was really great close to the city centre. Beds and pillows were also great. The personnel were always nice and helpful.
