This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

Aileen - Unique tiny house with wood fired roll top bath in heart of the Cairngorms queda aproximadamente a 44 km de Tren CairnGorm Mountain y tiene alojamiento con vista a la montaña, balcón y pava. Cosy and as advertised. it was clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Easy to locate, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Great for stargazing and just to disconnect and relax in a quiet place. Everything seems handcrafted which is very twee and nice in this day and age.

Very close to the train station and walking distance to Aviemore. Did not get the chance to use the hot tub, but the sauna was a nice bonus especially in December. The room was very comfortable and the hosts are wonderful! The breakfast is better than anything you would get at a hotel. I would stay here again next time I am in Aviemore.

From wood burning fireplaces in the bedrooms to spa like bathrooms—Old Manse of Craggan has it all. Arrive early and try out the jacuzzi overlooking the valley.

Perfect getaway for Christmas day (or for any occasion), the lodge had everything that we needed, and was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The Hot tub on the decking was perfect for relaxing and taking in the wonderful views.

Loads of bed space for our family of 8 adults and 2 children and the hot tub was super. The house was only a 5 minute walk to the river with other super walks nearby, and Aviemore centre was only a few minutes away, either by car or a short walk.

The Polchar was in an ideal location, had plenty of large rooms for couples, several rooms to gather, a great hot tub, and a beautiful garden path. It was nice to be able to come back from our adventures and cook dinner together.

It couldn't have been more perfect. The owners take so much care to ensure you have a pleasant stay and it really shows. If I have the opportunity to return to the area I would book there again without a second thought.
