Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, tasty food and personal of the hotel is very professional as well. Love the attitude of the place! Really want to go back.

Everything was great, even better than the images. We had a complimentary champagne tasting that included the house champagne. The tasting was very informative, covering the brand's and the family's history, as well as the regional technology. ​The view was amazing, and we could prepare our own dinner at the property. Our breakfast was great, and the owner even brought me vegetables, which I really like for breakfast, even though they weren't part of the standard offering. We also received very helpful recommendations on what to see next. ​Overall, the experience felt truly exclusive. We felt like we had the whole house to ourselves, even though it was fully booked. It's just so well-organized, and everything is taken care of.

Great walking. Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

The hostess was gracious, friendly and very helpful. She even helped us with suggestions for restaurants and bookings. The breakfast was wonderful, although quite sweet, and was served in a lovely room surrounded by plants and greenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, very clean and have everything you could wish for. If we go back to Reims, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights to enjoy Epernay to the fullest. We were heartly welcomed by the owner and received information on the jacuzzi and some recommendations for good food and champagne. We went towards two of the recommendations and were really happy with the result, great food and champagne! All with all we really enjoyed the stay, the owners are very kind and dedicated to bring a great experience. We will definitly book this apartment again when visiting Epernay.
