It has a spa with sensation showers and a hot tub, available for an extra charge. Everything. Excellent service and facilities. Great high-end classic in Madrid. Not to be missed. Unfortunately these kinds of hotels are being bought by international hotel companies and are loosing their personality. Not the case with this one still great!

Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World offers 2 restaurants serving Spanish cuisine and wines. There is also a bar and a tea corner. We did not have much time but for the little time we were there, we were treated amazingly. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was neat and clean, very well located. The concierge was super helpful and the restaurant food we tried was top notch.

This made exploring the city a breeze and allowed us to easily access many popular attractions. Ambiance: Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere. The pleasant fragrance and overall ambiance make it a welcoming place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Room Comfort: Our room was a delightful retreat—spacious and comfortable. It provided a perfect haven for relaxation. The bedding was exceptionally soft and clean, and the towels felt almost brand new, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast: One of the highlights of our trip was the breakfast. The variety offered was nothing short of stunning, featuring everything from light pancakes to delicious French omelets. Each dish was exceptionally fresh and tasty, providing a great start to our day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy stay with fantastic amenities. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay extremely comfortable. The hotel has a unique artistic touch — you can truly feel the essence of Spain in every corner of the room. Ather and Diego at the reception were especially helpful and welcoming. The food was also perfect — delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and adults, as the artistic décor and ambiance are more suited for a mature audience. One of my favorite features was the dancing light that moves with the music — such a beautiful and enjoyable detail!

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine. At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. The owner explain very well, with photos and videos, earlier the arrival and was always available for any questions.

Located in the Centro district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. The apartment features family rooms. I felt very much at home in this Studio and loved to work from there during my week in Madrid. The bed, projector, desk + screen, location and just the whole studio were exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped even with a hand mixer. The accomodation exceeded expectations! I would definitely try to stay here again if I go to Madrid in the future!
