We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Loved the fact you could enjoy a wonderful spa hotel and catch the number 25 into the heart of Palma for €2 a trip per person. The spa facilities were a real enjoyment. Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. The hotel was exceptional from the day we arrived. The staff were all super helpful, professional and really friendly. The manager noticed on our first morning that we were new and welcomed us to breakfast, he was very welcoming and always checking on everyone. No request was too much. The rooms and facilities were super clean and beautiful. The bar and food was also great and service there was also high standard, the pool was such a lovely environment to be in.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. We loved having all of our meals outside in lovely surroundings and view. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very nice to our baby grandson. We really enjoyed the spa pool with the baby.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Very nice half board. The cuisine was exceptional and to any taste. There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

There is also a lounge bar and terrace. amazing staff, cleand and comfortable rooms. food was delicious with lots of choiches. we had an amazing time and would return without hesitation!

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Perfect location, great breakfast, right next to the beach. The hotel crew was great and helped us with everything we asked for. We will definitely come back!
