I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. During our stay we needed a medicine and we were provided with one from the doctor in the clinic placed at the hotel. The time we checked-out we were also provided with a room to take a shower in. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind and make us feel like at home. Both food at the main restaurant and drinks at the bars were high quality and tasty.

Drinks and Snacks were excellent. The landscape and the facilities offer the possibility for the children to have fun, and for the adults to enjoy their time and relax. Our room was beachfront, which gives the possibility to enjoy a morning tea with a view of the Red sea. It was always clean, thanks to Sary, who also gave my children something to wonder about, everyday which shape would be formed of the towels. The coral rief of the hotel is viable, a lot of fish and interesting aquatic creatures.
