We spent 5 nights at the Walhalla Hotel Regensburg Hoeferer. The beautifully maintained building has all the amenities one can expect from a high-quality hotel. The large garden is well-kept, the interior is designed with taste, the modern furnishings and appliances are of high quality. Everything is very clean and well cared for. The family is very nice; they made us feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The location, in a suburb of Regensburg, is perfect for a longer stay to explore eastern Bavaria. In sum, everything was perfect, we would love to go back!

My Husband and I needed a little getaway and we had some kind of expectations, but, all details and things of the hotel were higher than any expectation we had. We had a super super great stay and we really enjoyed every part of the hotel. From Breakfast to Dinner, Wine and Cocktails. From Spa and Wellness to Pool and Sauna.. Everything was just more than great. Also the Massages are really great. They made everything to have us a warm and welcome stay. Sadly we just had 2 days in this Hotel but we surely will be coming back. Huge Thank You. 15/10 !! Ps. Try the 5 Course Menu with a good glas/ bottle of red or white wine. Its not food. Its Art with an good taste in an good atmosphere. Just enjoy the journey. 😊😉

We've stayed in many places within the same price range and I must say Suite 3 was right up there! Contact with - I assume, the owner - was absolutely top-notch, my queries were answered via the booking.com app within a minute or two. The furnishings are classic, in timeless whites and beige. There is a lovely seating area right outside the door and the rest of the garden is worth staying for! A grilling area, tables and chairs, an huge outdoor Swing, a jacuzzi and paddles boats tied up for a paddle down the river. We will definitely be back when in the area. The suite is just one of a few there and I can see how big groups of friends or big families would have a fantastic time with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the garden and each other.

The location was great! Quiet with a great view of the lake. Facilities were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The space would be tight for 6 people, but well laid out for such a small space. The key retrieval was easy, lock box with code by the door, which was appreciated because of my late arrival. There are several grocery stores within a short driving distance. As with many vacation rentals, make sure to bring your own towels, hand soap, and paper towels.
