That's right, you will receive a warm reminder from the hotel a few days before check-in, and there is also a pick-up or train service available. All questions can be asked to the butler, who will be very enthusiastic in providing assistance. By the way, their hotel also has a translation machine that can translate languages from dozens of countries, and can basically communicate face-to-face without barriers. Satisfied!

Location, facility, staff... evening is beyond expectations. We stayed three times, and really appreciate the late check out and early check in offered by the staff on two occasions respectively. Will certainly go back again!

The guy at the front desk was beyond helpful with recommendations on where to eat and a map for the cable cars at the mountain. There was free laundry services at the hotel. Breakfast was also great. We had a table and two chairs outside our room which was lovely. The room itself was huge and had a couch area which was nice. We loved it here and would highly recommend.

The toiletries are well-stocked, and the bath amenities are from Penhaligon's. The breakfast is delicious, and the overall experience is highly recommended.

It was very pleasant stay to be here and want to go back if I have a chance later.
