Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

The location is perfect and right in the center, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions and shopping areas. A special thank you to one staff member in particular, David. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. It's clear he takes great pride in he work and cares about the guests. He is a true asset to your team!
