Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.

Stay at the hotel was the highlight of my trip from the property’s entrance to its immerse great city view and attentive staff especially, concierge guys, Watson! Would definitely visit again when I am in town.

Located on the historic European-style Shamian Island, White Swan Hotel is located along Pearl River, the centre of Guangzhou’s historic area. It boasts a well-equipped fitness centre, a spa lounge and an outdoor swimming pool. It’s really great, just like you’d expect. It’s a bit pricey and for the same amount of money you could get a bigger room somewhere else but the whole is just so nice than it’s no big deal. Id rather have a smaller room and nice facilities/awesome staff and services than a bigger room. Location is really great, it’s a bit outside of the buzzing city that can be overwhelming at some point so it’s really comfortable.
