On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. The place was excellent and very clean. Super comfortable beds, immaculate room and amazing friendly service right from the valet, the concierge, and till the end of our stay. Will surely return to this fabulous Fairmont le Montreux Palace!!

My wife and I had the best experience staying at the Le Chalett des 3 Ours. It is situated in a very convenient area just 20 minutes walk away from the lake and the city. It was great to walk down and climb up on return for our daily exercise. The host Agnes was charming, welcoming, and always available to help. She made us feel very comfortable as if we were in our own house. The chalet was very clean, has great decor, and is comfortable with high-class amenities. She prepared a good breakfast with a variety of choices.
