La zona de spa y piscina. Igual en temporada alta, entiendo que habrá más bullicio, pero nuestra experiencia ha sido muy grata. Parking gratuito y estás alojado. Personal muy amable. En definitiva, repetiría sin dudarlo.

Kitanova House is a gem! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling and radiating warmth. The rooms were stunning — full of natural light, beautifully designed with charming folklore touches and just the right hint of modern art. It felt like a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Breakfast was another highlight — homemade, delicious, and served with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!

This review is done in summer times, so no idea on winter how things would be. The place is located in the heart of Borovets, literally in front of a lift and the slope. The apartment is probably one of the most comfortable and luxurious apartments I've ever stayed at. We had an amazing vacation here. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - any issue or question we had was addressed immediately. Would certainly come back.
